Located on Civic Blvd. and right next to the Taipei Main Station, the Taipei Bus Station is Taiwan’s largest transfer station. It provides bus services as well as easy access to Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA), Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR), and MRT Taipei Main Station.

The Taipei Bus Station is an eighteen-story building with six underground floors. The lobby at ground floor is the bus ticket counter with bus information display screens. The second floor is the waiting room for Ubus and Guo-Guang buses; the third floor is the waiting room for Ubus and HowTai buses; the fourth floor is the waiting room for Dragon, HO-HSIN, San Chung, Hsinchu, Fengyuan, G-BUS, Kamalan , and Aloha buses. The B1 has bakery, boutique, gift and souvenir, as well as convenient stores; B2 and B3 are parking lots for vehicles and motorcycles. Visitors may pay with EasyCard. There are exits connecting directly to Civic Blvd., Taipei City Mall, Taipai Main Station, Q Square Department Store, as well as Zhongshan Metro Mall.

The Taipei Bus Station is facilitated with various intimate facilities, including ATM machines, lockers, infirmary, information desk, nursery room and many more. In the future, there will be a new MRT station connecting to the Taoyuan International Airport (Chiang Kai-shek International Airport) to provide convenient transportation for both domestic and foreign travelers. With fine recreational facilities and services, visitors may also enjoy shopping and dining at Taipei Bus Station.

The Q Square Department Store features a hotel, a super market, a bakery, restaurants, clothing and accessories stores, as well as a Vieshow Cinemas. While visiting the Taipei Bus Station, visitors may also go to the nearby attractions such as Ximending, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, National Taiwan Museum, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Taiwan Story Land, and 228 Peace Memorial Park.
