Fulong Beach is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand beaches on the northeast coast in Fulong Village, Gongliao Township, New Taipei City (Taipei County). The beach covers 3kms along the coastline, and it has always been a summer resort in northern Taiwan. The beach has clear seawater and fine sand in golden colour. It is perfect for surfing, wind gliding and sailing. There’s a lot a large parking lot, camping area restaurants and food stalls. It is one of the best organized bathing beach in northern Taiwan. The inner ocean and the oter are connected by an arched bridge. For those who love exciting water sports can never miss Fulong beach.

Fulong has long been the most popular swimming beach on the Northeast Coast of Taiwan. The open beach offers calm and shelthered water of the Shuangxi River, which empties into the ocean here, making this an ideal spot of wind surfing, canoeing and other non-powered boating activities. The large sandy beach itself is perfect for swimming, sun-bathing and some other beach recreation. There are also National Scenic Area and visitors center right next to the beach, offering information and exhibits on the rich variety of natural and cultural resources on the Northeast coast.

Every summer, huge number of domestic and international tourist would gather here to swim and enjoy the sun. Visitors may find surfboards, canoes, kayaks and other water sport equipments ready for hire and a fee along the beach front.
