Living Mall is an enormous shopping mall located in Sung-shan District of Taipei City. It is an L-shaped building combined with the biggest sphere building in the world. The giant sphere is part of the mall and it has a diameter of 58 meters. In order to support the gigantic sphere, the excavation was 85 meters deep underground, which is the deepest foundation in Taiwan. This unique mall is a 12-story high-rise building with 7 underground levels. B3 to 12 are business areas and B7 to B4 are Parking areas. Every three floors have a different theme. The total floor area is 204,190 square feet, and there are almost a thousand of brand name stores in Living Mall. In order to satisfy different consumers' needs, some stores are nearly open 24 hours a day such as the Eslite Books Store and the Mira Specialty Store & Boutiques. Living Mall also provides various services such as shopping consultation, lost & found, nursery, baby car, and wheelchair. Other famous stores here include Cinemark movie theater, Tkec (3C) Electronics Store, and K9 Lounge KTV. Living Mall is a wonderful place for shopping and hanging out with friends. The best nearby attractions include Raohe St. Night Market, Taipei Arena, and Breeze Center. Raohe St. Night Market is a very popular tourist spot located near Songshan Railway Station. You can find hundreds of delicious snacks here. The tofu pudding, oyster vermicelli, Turkey ice cream, Stew Ribs with Herbs are just a few examples of all the famous foods here. The Taipei Arena is an indoor stadium positioned at the intersection of Nanjing E. Road and Dunhua N. Road. Many concerts by bands and artists (from all over the world) are held here (all year round/ every day/every month/every so often). The Breeze Center is another huge shopping mall which contains various brand name stores like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci and many more. The great food court in B1 is also worth mentioning.
