Art Stock 20 is located behind the old Taichung Railway Station. The warehouse was originally built in 1917. Over one hundred year now, it kept the old Japanese structure and it is designated a second degree historical site.

It was one of the series of program renovating local old spaces for new purposes. Now the warehouse is used for art and creation, and literature. There are total of 7 old warehouses from 20 to 26 which originally belong to the Railway. The warehouse was leased and became a new art center in the center of Taichung.

Art Stock 20 is the name for all 7 warehouses. The warehouses were remodeled with old vehicle pieces into a modern art like space. The warehouses each have its own purposes from administration to performances and exhibition, even art related classes.
