The highlight of Taoyuan Longtan Dragon Boat Festival, Taoyuan Mayor Cup Dragon Boat will be held at the Longtan Pond on June 11th and 12th. It is the biggest dragon boat competition in northern Taiwan; there will be 78 teams join the contest. The competition will start at 9 o’clock in the morning on both days, and the championship game will be in the afternoon on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival. It draws tens of thousands of spectators to cheer for the team they support every year.

Take train to Hualien Railway Station -> take taxi to Hualien Guanghua LOHAS Creative Park (Hualien Railway Station is about 6.9km/18mins drive away from the event venue)
