Rock terrain
The rock terrain is formed by ages of ocean current erosion. A far view of the terrain resembles a spectacular terraced rice field.
Fossils
On the north coast of the park, lies numerous fossils of varying shapes. As some of the surrounding rocks are shaped like human heads, this site is therefore named “Crowd of a Thousand Heads”
Cave
Near the rock terrain, lies a 20-meter deep cave. History has it that during the war with Holland led by our Koxinga, this was the Dutch’s last retreat. Their writing carved on the wall is now one of the major historical remains in Keelung.
*The management will announce the Park is partially or entirely closed due to adverse weather conditions.
