The flying umbrella association will hold the flying umbrella experience activity in a warm windy day. Each of flying umbrella is like a colorful blossom flower decorate in the sky. The tourism department director of Taitung county government said if tourist want to have a try of flying umbrella experience, they may go to flying base to take the flying umbrella or hot bloom for flying in the sky and having the exciting flying experience.
