2015 New Taipei Christmasland

The “New Taipei Christmasland” series celebrations start on the Christmas tree lighting ceremony on November 20th. After the ceremony, the events will kick through Christmas all the way to January 3rd, marking the most festive time of the year in Taiwan. This year, besides Adventure Time with Finn and Jake and the colorful lights of the Christmasland, New Taipei City invites Australia’s world leading 3D Projection Mapping team to create the only 360-degree 3D Projection Mapping Christmas tree, preparing the most creative and sensational experience for everyone.

This is the fifth year celebration. With six highlights including Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, popular illustrator bears, Open Jiang mascots balloons, Tiffany blue and gold Christmas lights, markets selling handmade goods, and 3D Projection Mapping Christmas tree projected by twelve high-specification projector from different directions, New Taipei plans magnificent events to touch visitors’ hearts with a sense of joy. There will also be light shows every half an hour from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day after the Christmas tree lighting ceremony, warming up the cold festive atmosphere.

There are even more amazing celebrations this year. In addition to Christmas lighting, carnival, markets, parades, concerts, Christmasland will also be offering free Ferris Wheel and Hot Air Balloon rides for children. With a wide range of activities waiting for you to come and experience, New Taipei Christmasland is going to share the most gleeful atmosphere with everyone this Christmas.
