Tunghai University is located on Taichung Port Rd., and the campus is with beautiful view and elegant atmosphere. Architectures of Tunghai University are built with the landform, as Chinese tradition style. The most famous spot in Tunghai University is The Luce Chapel, designed by well-known architect I. M. Pei (貝聿銘). Its unique shape is just like an upside down boat bottom and the Chapel is an important attraction of Taichung and a venue for Christmas celebration . It is one of the bird-watching spots in Taichung for the geographic distribution including artificial lake, bush, meadow and brook, attract flat ground birds.

Tunghai Pasture is the large-scale one among central Taiwan pastures, the daily products fresh from the pasture would be found in the store located in the campus. Take a walk in the campus to explore the lake, pasture and ceiba path, to enjoy the relaxing movement under natural surroundings. Next to Tunghai University, you may visit Tunghai Arts Street and Tunghai Night Market, for snacks and goodies.

1. Taichung Bus(台中客運) route 22,103,106 to Tunghai University directly.

By Car :
1. National number 1 highway(國道一號), exit Taichung Port Rd offramp(中港交流道), drive along provincial highway route 12(12號省道) towards Shalu(沙鹿), drive another 3km to reach Tunghai University(東海大學).
2. National number 3 highway(國道三號), exit Longjing offramp(龍井交流道), drive along provincial highway route 12(12號省道) towards Taichung City center(台中市), drive another 4km to reach Tunghai University(東海大學).
