Ocean Park Hong Kong, embedded in the southern corner of Hong Kong Island, is one of the world's most famous theme parks. This popular theme park also serves the purposes of education and environmental preservation. It covers an area of 880.000 square meters. This park is run by a non-profit organization "Ocean Park Corporation", which the cooperation has been dedicating to an affordable price entertainment for every Hong Kong people. Every year, more than four million people visit the Ocean Park Hong Kong. Among them, 30,000 school children in Hong Kong have the cheerful trip in the park and learn about animals. Hong Kong people love this park bringing not just fun but also meaningful guide programs. As a major tourist attraction in Hong Kong over 30 years of history, visitors come from around the world to enjoy the facilities and services provided at the Ocean Park Hong Kong. Aside from having fun through thrill rides and a wide variety of shows, the park offers conservation programs, education programs and knowledge programs to each guest. Ocean Park Hong Kong comprises two sections, the Head land and Lowland. In Headland, visitors may enjoy the thrill and diversiform facilities, including the Dragon, Eagle, Mine Train, and Abyss Turbo Drop, Crazy Galleon, Flying Swing, Raging River, Ferris Wheel, Ocean Park Tower and Space Wheel. An extremely exciting and funning experience is waiting for everyone. At Lowland, visitors can catch a ride on the balloon that will soar 100 meters into the air in SkyFair. Visitors can also meet the giant pandas in lowland. Other attractions such as Amazing Amazon, Amazing Birds Theatre and Kid's World are the best place for family visitors. Especially, the Kid’s World is Dolphin University where visitors are able to have a closer touch with dolphins and learn more about these fabulous mammals. With a breathtaking sea view, two newly topped out building The Terrace Cafe and The Bayview Restaurant are welcoming guest with the oceanic and relaxing ambience.
