Guanyuan and Bilyu are located in the eastern section of Central Cross-land Highway. They are two important scenic sites eastward of Dayuling. Guanyuan is famous for the sea of cloud while Bilyu is known for its sacred wood. Both of are worthwhile spectacles.

Guanyuan, surrounded by mountains, is 4.9 kilometers west from Dayuling. It is located on high altitude. Under the sun, the water in the forest vaporized and thus more and more water vapor congregates together to form a sea of white long clouds. The best time to watch this wonder is at the dawn and evening, and the best place would be the parking lot next to the Guanyuan Gas Station which faces the Liwu river.
