Guanshan is formed by the ridgy coral reefs, with the high altitude, the sun set view here makes Guanshan one of the great eight views of southern Taiwan. It is a wonderful spot for overview the coast line. A temple on Guanshan called Kaoshanyan, with caves aside which formed by coral reefs, you are able to reach the significant sights flying stone and divine turtle rock through the path by the west side of the temple. The flying stone is a reef rock in the shape of a casque which caused by corrosion difference. The divine turtle rock is a naturally formed coral reef, visitors would tie a red ribbon on it, praying for fortune of marriage, career and pass the examinations.

2. No. 2 South National Highway (南二高) : Exit from Jiuru Interchange (九如交流道) -> No. 3, 1, and 26 Provincial Highway (3、1、26號省道) -> Hengchun -> Gaoshanyen (高山嚴) -> Baoan Temple (寶安宮) -> Guanshan (關山)

3. From Kaohsiung: No. 17 Provincial Highway (17號省道) -> Xuidiliao (水底寮) -> No 1 Provincial Highway (台1線) -> Fengang (楓港)-> No. 26 Provincial Highway (台26線) pass through Checheng (車城) & Hengchun (恆春) -> Gaoshanyen (高山嚴) -> Baoan Temple (寶安宮) -> Guanshan (關山)

4. From Pingtung: No 1 Provincial Highway (台1線) -> Fengang (楓港)-> No. 26 Provincial Highway (台26線) pass through Checheng (車城) & Hengchun (恆春) -> Gaoshanyen (高山嚴) -> Baoan Temple (寶安宮) -> Guanshan (關山)

5. From Taitung: No. 9 Provincial Highway (台9線) -> Daren (達仁) -> Fengang (楓港)-> No. 26 Provincial Highway (台26線) pass through Checheng (車城) & Hengchun (恆春) -> Gaoshanyen (高山嚴) -> Baoan Temple (寶安宮) -> Guanshan (關山)

By Bus:
1. From Hengchun: Take Kaohsiung Bus (高雄客運) bound for Gaoshanyen (高山嚴) to Guanshan stop (關山站), and then follow road directions to Guanshan (關山).

2. From Hengchun: Take Pingtung Bus (屏東客運) or Kaohsiung Bus (高雄客運) bound for Kenting to Guanshan stop (關山站), and then follow road directions to Guanshan (關山).
