It starts from Yuan Temple by the West Binhai Expressway, cuts through Dayuan, Guanyin, and Luzhu Township ended at Kogu Harbor. On both sides of the bike lane is planted with trees. The facilities along the lane include wood stack platform, sea-watching pavilion, recreation trails and landscape guide. A hiking trail is available on the side of the bike lane, whenever you feel like taking a small break admiring the scenery.
