Cingwashih (Frog Rock)

Cingwashih is a rock in the shape of a frog, 61 meters tall, situated in Kenting National Park, looks like a frog jumping into the sea. Here you can see wave erosion cliffs, coral reefs and shell fossils, around Cingwashih are lots of volcanic rock gravels. Tropical plants as Alexandrian Laurels and the representative birds of Kenting National Park, Taiwan Bulbul, are easy to be seen. Enjoy the natural views with birds singing, and surround reefs on the left side are as a barrier, makes less disturbance of wind, thus the water area is calm and stable for water activities.

1. Exit from southernmost exit of No. 1 National Highway (國道一號/中山高) -> Turn right -> Zhongshan 4th Road (中山四路) -> Yenhai Road (沿海路) -> Binhai Road (濱海公路) -> Kenting (墾丁) -> Kenting Caesar Park Hotel (墾丁凱薩大飯店) -> Cingwashih (青蛙石) is right next to Xiaowan (小灣)
2. Exit from Xiaogang (小港) interchange of No. 1 National Highway (國道一號/中山高) -> No. 17 Provincial Highway (17號省道) -> No. 1 Provincial Highway (1號省道) -> No. 26 Provincial Highway (26號省道) -> Kenting Street (墾丁大街) -> Cingwashih (青蛙石) is right next to Xiaowan (小灣)
3. Exit from Jiuru interchange (九如交流道) of No. 2 Southern National Highway (南二高) -> No. 3 Provincial Highway (3號省道) -> No. 1 Provincial Highway (1號省道) -> No. 26 Provincial Highway (26號省道) -> Hengchun (恆春) -> Kenting Street (墾丁大街) -> Cingwashih (青蛙石) is right next to Xiaowan (小灣)
4. Pingtung Jiuru Interchange (屏東九如交流道) -> No. 3 Provincial Highway (台3線) -> No. 1 Provincial Highway (1號省道) -> No. 26 Provincial Highway (26號省道) -> Hengchun (恆春) -> Kenting Street (墾丁大街)
By Bus (From Hengchun/Kaohsiung Railway Station/Kaohsiung International Airport):
Take Taichi Bus(台汽客運)/Kaohsiung Bus(高雄客運)/Pingtung Bus (屏東客運) –Kenting(墾丁) or Eluanbi(鵝鑾鼻) route to Kenting Caesar Park Hotel (墾丁凱薩大飯店) stop.
