Located on the 89th floor of Taipei 101, the Indoor Observatory offers a comfortable environment, large windows with UV protection, 360-degree views of Taipei City, special exhibits, and a world's largest and heaviest tuned mass damper. It had attracted visitors from all over the world, and had become one of the major tourist attractions.

Besides being a site for viewing Taipei City, the Indoor Observatory has turned into a place of an exhibition featuring the essence of Taiwanese culture. Organized by Council for Cultural Affairs and Taipei Financial Center Corporation, the Taiwan Cultural Exhibition will be held here from July 1st to Aug. 31st. There will be 5 theme areas showcasing exhibits from 16 local museums. The exhibits will cover from Taiwan’s traditional art crafts, handicrafts, products, to traditional performing arts.

The exhibition will last two months, allowing everyone to gain more knowledge about local Taiwanese culture while appreciating the beautiful view of Taipei.
