Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport is dedicated in supporting the idea of being environmental friendly and sustaining the natural habitat. In order to promote the international Earth Day, Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport starting from April 18th is hosting “0418 Novotel Earth Re-birth”. It’s a green carnival with DIY activities using recycled materials to create your own key chains and artworks, and games related with recycling education purpose. Novotel invited the green artist Bin Ho Cheng to display his artwork “The Conceptual Art Display of Bing-Ho Cheng” featuring robots built with recycled metal materials. Join Novotel for earth caring and waste transforming!

Novotel has been accommodating guests for over 5 years in Taiwan. It has dedicated in the environment sustaining program “PLANET 21” including using green hard ware and combining local resources to support green environmental action. The hotel received the ISO4001 environmental managing system, ISO 50001 power management certificates and the gold certificated of environmental friendly hotel. On the 2015 “Earth Re-birth”, Novotel invited Bing Ho Cheng displaying the artwork built with recycled materials in the lobby, second floor and corners outside.

Bing Ho Cheng started out to be an owner of a recycling plant. He dedicated in promoting recycling and became a artist while proceeding that goal. Finding the second life for the wasted metal was his main achieving. The artist built exclusive theme robot for this event. The idea of the Novotel satisfying the guests and cherishing the resources at the same time moved Bing Ho Cheng. The artist created a series of “Spring Dogs” in the dedication to the same idea “to cherish”.
