The annual Nantou Hot Spring and Flower Blossom Carnival has begun on October 25th, will be held until February 1st, 2015. It offers three months of carnival, welcoming guests to join the fun including flower blossoming, hot spring, music performances, picnics, tours, and lucky draws for free hotel coupons.

The Nantou Hot Spring and Flower Blossom Carnival started on October 25th will be held through the New Year until February 1st, 2015. The event organized the local floral activities and hot spring packages, as well as fun things including native traditional performances and lucky draw for free hotel coupons. Don’t miss out on the grand event in Nantou for some beautiful flowers, delicious food, and soothing hot springs.
The three major hot springs in Nantou are in Puli, Dongpu, and Beigangxi. All suitable for tourist and all famous for the local Hakka cuisines, it is a great chance to experience Hakka culture. After the opening ceremony on October 25th, free yukata will be given out on November 1st in Dongpu Elementary School for you to tour around and get a glimpse on the lanterns prepared for next year Lantern Festival.

On November 8th, Puli Liyutan (Carp Lake) is holding bike tour and hot spring packages. Ride around the small towns through No.14 Provincial Route for local savories and attractions. Few hot spring resorts will open outdoor spa to the public, for tourists to experience the easy Nantou. From November 16th to December 21th, a series of showcases, races, concerts, magic shows, and dance performances will be held at the Art Center in Puli.
