2015 Gongliao Hohaiyan Rock Festival, the music starts from July 24th to 26th. Each day features different music genre from rock, rap, and folk to indie. Musicians and bands including Crowd Lu, Cheer Chen, Fire Ex., and Miss Ko will get the party started.

On July 24th, The 2015 Hohaiyan Rock Festival will rock on for 3 days till the 26th. Gongliao Hohaiyan Rock Festival has been around for over 16 years. It holds a great reputation in the music industry and among the annual music festivals in Taiwan. It is the hottest event of the summer for music and rocks. This year the theme “The One” focus on the independent music and the music spirit of Taiwan. The former champion of last year’s event will return with more great music to offer and pass down the torch.

July 24th, The Taiwan Rock n’ Roll Equation will start with Hush, Izzy Chen, IGUBand, Cosmospeople, Golden Melody Awarded Hip Hop Artist Miss Ko, The Chairman & Jamii Szmadzinski, and the last year event winner Crowd Lu.

On July 25th, the main event of the festival is the Ho-Hai-Yan Indie Music Awards. Aside from the entertaining performance from the top 10 participants, the 2014 award winning artist is invited along with the judges to perform their new singles and pieces on stage after the award ceremony.
On the last day July 26th is the World Apocalypse Event which invited artists from around the world including Ireland, South Korea, Morocco, Malaysia, Japan and China sharing their music live on the stage. The festival will end with Cheer Chen wrapping the rock n’ roll festival with her wonderful performance.
