Agriculture, ecology, and entertainment, the 2014 Yizhu Corn Festival presents the maize maze. The maize maze in Chiayi began in 2012, dedicated in education and agriculture. The local farms uses non-genetically modified corn and built a 12 hectares maize maze. Challenges and quiz are neatly arranged inside the maze to increase the fun. The event will hold on every Saturday and Sunday from November 15th to February 23rd, 2015.

The annual 2014 Yizhu Corn Festival hits off from November 15th. Building a 12 hectares maize maze using only non-genetic modified corn has becoming more and more popular when it first began in 2012. This year, it has become more challenging when quiz and obstacles are set up inside the maze.
There are six stages in the maze. A stamp will be received after a challenge has been complete. After completing all six, a souvenir prize is available to take home with you. The activity is under full supervision with officials assisting on the watch tower, so there’s o chance of getting lost inside the maze. Besides the featured maze, corn products and gifts are available on the spot. Free corn noodle for your like on facebook. Exhibition on the local products, live cooking show, corn tasting, corn industry tours and performances too.
