The annual Cingjing Windmill Festival is coming up again in the mesmerizing Cingjing area for you to enjoy a distinctive summertime in Taiwan! Cingjing, located in Nantou County, is one of Taiwan’s most favored tourist spots among both local and international travelers. With an average temperature about 10 degrees Celsius lower than the plain, it has always been a popular stop for a summer retreat.
This year, the 2014 Cingjing Windmill Festival will have the series of events to be held at Mist Plaza and Small Swiss Garden, from 2014/07/01-2014/08/31. Event venues will be decorated with thousands of windmills in different themes of various sizes, delivering a colorful scene in Cingjing area. In addition to the 2014 Cingjing Windmill Festival, one may also find various cute animals such as goats, alpacas, cows and horses at Small Swiss Garden.

Simply take direct Nantou Bus from Taichung to Cingjing.
From Taipei to the Cingjing:
Take Guo Guang Bus 1832 from Taipei West Bus Station Terminal B to Puli Station -> Take Nantou Bus bound for Songgang or Chueifong to Cingjing.
